The petitioner claims disobedience of order dated 21st of
October, 2009 passed in writ petition no. 138(S/B) of 2009
and submits that despite service of order upon the opposite
parties on 9th of November, 2009 till date disciplinary
proceeding has not been concluded.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 1 to show cause why he has
not obeyed the aforesaid order passed by this Court.
