J U D G M E N T
Petitioner, the Principal of Fatima Mata National
College, Kollam, contends that she is entitled to be appointed as
Special Grade Principal. This claim of the petitioner has been
raised in Ext.P9 representation, which is pending before the
second respondent, and the said respondent has not considered
this request. It is complaining of delay in the matter that this
writ petition is filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner as also the learned standing counsel appearing for the
Kerala University.
In view of pendency of Ext.P9, without expressing
anything on the merits of the claim raised, this writ petition is
disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and pass
orders on Ext.P9, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within
a period of 4 weeks of date of production of a copy of this
judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
