                             J U D G M E N T

The issue pertains to service conditions of the

petitioner who is working in the respondent Agricultural

University. It is submitted that he is similarly situated as the writ

petitioners covered by the common judgment dated 7.2.2007 in

W.P.(C) No.1512/2005 and connected cases, and hence the writ

petition can be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
