This Court is not persuaded to grant stay of the

order dated 22.4.2010. It is however observed that if the writ

petition succeeds the petitioners shall be entitled to interest in

accordance with law on the financial consequence that may

ensue upon them in pursuance of the order dated 22.4.2010.
