The petitioner alleges legal mala fides in his transfer. It is stated
that he was demanding salary for the employees on which the
department was not happy with him.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on the
personal difficulties of the person posted at Kanpur, the petitioner
has been temporarily attached at Kanpur.

Let the respondents file counter affidavit within three weeks. The
petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
