                                                ORDER

  Sh.   Syed   Tauseek   Ahmad,   the   Appellant,   filed   an   RTI   application   dated 
19.07.2010 seeking information on various grievances like interest on GPF, recoveries 
made for House building advance, Medical reimbursement claim etc.  The PIO vide letter 
dated 13.08.2010 sent a point­wise reply to the Appellant. However, not satisfied with the 
reply, the Appellant filed an appeal before the First Appellate Authority  (FAA). The 
FAA also vide decision dated 14.10.2010 provided further point­wise information to the 
Appellant and also wrote to the Appellant informing him that if he is not satisfied with 
the replies he may come to IGFRI and see the relevant documents and files.  However, 
still not satisfied with the replies of the Respondents the Appellant has filed the present 
appeal before the Commission.

During the hearing the Respondent submit that complete requisite information as 
per record has been furnished to the Appellant.   The Respondent further submit that 
though the Appellant is satisfied with the inspection of files he has certain grievances 
which cannot be resolves under the RTI Act. 

After hearing the Respondent and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the 
Commission is of the view that requisite information available on record and permissible 
under the RTI Act, has been furnished to the Appellant.  No interference is called in the 
replies of the Respondents.

The Appellant is advised to approach the concerned competent authority 
for the redressal of his grievances.
