                              J U D G M E N T

Petitioner’s claim is for promotion as Assistant Professor

w.e.f.15/7/04 and according to the petitioner, urging this claim, he has

submitted Ext.P10 representation before the 3rd respondent. It is

complaining of delay in the disposal of this representation, the writ petition

has been filed.

2. If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P10 has been received and

is pending, the 3rd respondent shall take up, consider and pass orders

thereon. This shall be done, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within

six weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
