The Respondent states that AMITY University is created by the Act of U.P. State in view of this whether
AMITY University is a public authority or not would be determined by the State Information
Commission. At present UGC has no information available on AMITY University and therefore no
information can be provided.
Decision:
The Appeal is dismissed.
The public body has no information on the matter sought by the Appellant.
