02. 02.08.2011 This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against the

judgment and order dated 16.09.2010 passed by the learned

Single Judge in C.W.J.C. 1666 of 2008.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the appellant,

learned counsel for the State of Jharkhand Sri N.N. Ojha, and

learned counsel for State of Bihar Sri Bipin Kumar, we do not

find any merit in this appeal. The appeal, being devoid of merit,

is dismissed.
