02 27-01-2011 Sri Diwakar Prasad Karn,learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the Respondent

Bihar State Electricity Board, the grievances of the petitioner have

already been redressed. Accordingly, he does not want to press this

petition.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
