Issue notice to respondent No. 3, who may file a counter affidavit
within four weeks. Learned AGA may also file a counter affidavit
within the aforesaid period.

Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing or till submission of the charge sheet,
whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioner-Durgesh Dixit in
case crime No. 366 of 2010, under sections 420/406 IPC, PS
Hariparwat, district Agra, shall remain stayed provided he
cooperates with the investigation.
