Though the petitioner has challenged the order dated 17th of December, 2009,
passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Lucknow Division,
Lucknow as also the order dated 5th of December, 2009, passed by the
Tehsildar (Judicial), Sadar, Harodi, whereby the petitioner’s application for
amendment has been rejected, but at this stage he seeks permission to
withdraw the writ petition as not pressed.

He is permitted to do so.

Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
