                           JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P5 order in the

matter of mutation. It is seen that the issue is subject matter of

R.S.A.Nos.535 and 547/2008. Therefore, this writ petition is

disposed of making it clear that any further action in the matter

shall be taken only subject to the outcome of the second appeals.
