                                       JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this court feeling aggrieved by the

refusal to give him grade promotion.

2. Respondent has filed a statement. In the statement it is

stated that the Corporation has now decided to give promotion to 15 Special

Assistants as Senior Assistants and the petitioner has been promoted as

Senior Assistant with effect from 4.10.2004.

In the light of said development, the writ petition is disposed of

directing that if the petitioner has got any grievance against the said order, it

is for him to work out his remedies in regard to the said order by taking

appropriate steps in the appropriate forum.
