                               J U D G M E N T

The complaint is regarding non compliance with the direction issued

by this court in Annexure A1 judgment by depositing the compensation.

2. Learned standing counsel Sri.K.Prabhakaran undertakes that

the direction will be complied within two weeks.

Recording the above, contempt of court case is closed reserving

liberty to the petitioner to re-open the case, in case the undertaking is not

complied with.
