Heard both sides.

2. Considering the submission of Mr.S.Sachithananda Pai,

counsel for the petitioner that what the petitioner requires is only

seven days’ time from today to pay off the sum of Rs.One lakh

mentioned in Ext.P2, I dispose of the Writ Petition directing the 2nd

respondent to receive from the petitioner a sum of Rs.One lakh in

compliance with Ext.P2, provided the petitioner tenders the amount

within seven days’ from today.
