Complaint is regarding the non-compliance of the directions

issued by this Court in the judgment dated 19/01/2009 in WP(C)

No.1940/2009.

2. Along with the memo filed by the learned Government

Pleader, orders dated 02/05/2009 & 01/01/2010 have been

produced.

In view of this, this contempt of court case is closed leaving it

open to the petitioner to pursue their remedies against the

aforesaid orders, if the they are aggrieved by the same.
