J U D G M E N T
Petitioner submits that is a student of MES College of
Engineering, Kuttippuram for B.Tech Electric and Electronic
Engineering. He appeared for 4th Semester Supplementary
Examination held in June 2009 and failed in one paper i.e., EN 04
401 A (Engineering Mathematics IV) and has applied for its
revaluation vide Ext.P1. He seeks a direction for the expeditious
completion of revaluation and declaration of results.
2. If as stated by the petitioner a proper application, has
been received and is pending, it is directed that revaluation shall
be completed and results declared as expeditiously as possible at
any rate within 8 weeks of production of copy of this judgment
along with copy of this writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
