Case No. 93 of 2010, but by inadvertence the name of

petitioner No. 9 namely Shambhu Mahto @ Shambhoo

Nath Mahto was not incorporated in the order-sheet.

Let the order dated 03.09.2010 be read to

have been passed with regard to all nine petitioners.

Let the order dated 03.09.2010 and the

present order be transmitted through FAX to the

learned Court below at the cost of the petitioners.
