Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.M.Tripathi for the
respondents.
Petitioners who are Assistant Teacher and Head Masters of Basic Schools
managed by Basic Shiksha Parishad working in District Pratapgarh have
approached this Court with the grievance that since 1998 no seniority list has
been prepared by the authority in accordance with law.
In view of above, Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad is directed to consider the
petitioners’ prayer with regard to preparation of seniority list and thereafter for
promotion expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from
the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and communicate the
decision to the petitioners.
Subject to above, writ petition is disposed of finally.
