: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)

1.0 Present
application is filed seeking extension of two weeks of Temporary
Bail, which is granted by this Court by order dated 7th
March 2011. The convict is to report in jail on 24th
March 2011. It is stated in the application that for the engagement
of the daughter, the matter is under active consideration and would
be ‘Bridegroom’ may be visiting the place of the convict on 27th
March 2011.

2.0 Taking
into consideration the contents of the application, the same deserves
to be allowed.

3.0 Rule.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Shah waives service of
process of Rule.

4.0 The
application is allowed. The Temporary Bail, granted earlier,
is extended for a period of two weeks on the same terms and
conditions.

4.1 Rule
is made absolute.
