                                   JUDGMENT

Petitioners approached this court at a time when Ext.P2 notice

was issued to them with regard to the construction of a building. In

view of the intervening developments whereby no construction as such

was required and the building itself was demolished no further orders

are necessary in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
