Accordingly, the the present criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file leave to appeal.
As the petition itself has been dismissed as withdrawn, the application Inward No. 11842/2009 also stands disposed of.
Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned judgment to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
