Queried as to how the impugned order framing charge, which is

a revisable order, is being challenged under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and

not invoking the revisional jurisdiction, the learned counsel for the

petitioner only prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw

this Crl.M.C. without prejudice to his right to challenge the impugned

order by filing an appropriate revision petition. Request accepted.

2. This Crl.M.C. is dismissed as not pressed, without prejudice

to the right of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order in
