Shri U.M.Shastri, learned Counsel appears and
states that he has received instruction to appear for
respondent No.10. He is going to file appearance during
the course of the day for Respondent No.10. He prays for
time on the ground that he is likely to receive
instruction to appear on behalf of rest of the respondent
in all these three matters. Therefore, he prays for time.
