                              JUDGMENT

The complaint of the petitioners, who are the victim of

Tsunami, is that they have not yet received adequate

compensation. The petitioners preferred Exts.P5, P5(a), P6 and

P6(a) representations, raising their contentions. Heard

Government Pleader also.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent

to consider and take a decision on Exts.P5(a), P6 and P6(a), in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.
