This is a petition for police protection. There are some

disputes between the petitioner and his son 3rd respondent. We

are not expressing any opinion regarding the civil disputes

between the parties. However, police is directed to see that lives

of the parties are not endangered. Counsel for the 3rd respondent

submits that he will not make any physical threat to the

petitioner. That is recorded. With the above observations this

writ petition is disposed of.
