02 23-09-2011 Heard Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri Ravindra Kumar Choubey, learned Standing

Counsel no.8, who appears on behalf of all the Respondents.

Learned counsel for the State informs the Court that

during the pendency of the present writ petition, grievance of the

petitioner has already been redresss and such fact has been stated in

the counter affidavit, which was filed in the month of July, 2008 on

behalf of Respondent no.5. No rejoinder to the counter affidavit has

been filed till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the

statement made by Sri Choubey, learned counsel for the

Respondents.

In view of the stand taken by the parties, there is no need

to keep the matter further pending.

The writ petition stands disposed.
