By means of the instant writ petition petitioner has prayed for
protection of his life.

For the redressal of his grievance petitioner may approach the
Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur by way of filing an
application along with the certified copy of this order. The Senior
Superintendent of Police Gorakhpur shall take steps on the
application of the petitioner and pass appropriate order for the
security and safety of the petitioner and his family members.

It is made clear that in the event any FIR has been lodged, it will
be open for the police authorities to proceed in accordance with
law.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
