                           J U D G M E N T

Prayer is for a direction to the second respondent to dispose

of Exhibit P2 representation in the matter of certain disputes

regarding the property of the petitioner and the first respondent.

In case no orders have been passed on Exhibit P2, petitioner may

produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ

petition before the second respondent, in which case, appropriate

action in accordance with law in the matter will be taken by the

said respondent, with notice to the petitioner and respondents 1

and 3.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
