Prayer:   Original Application No.6939 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the service of the applicant as attender under the third respondent from 01.02.1988 with monetary seniority and all attended benefits in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.107 P and AR (PER.F) Department dated 05.02.1987. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.

O R D E R

Original Application No.6939 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the service of the petitioner as Attender under the third respondent from 01.02.1988 with monetary seniority and all attended benefits in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.107 Personnel and Administrative (PER.F) Department dated 05.02.1987. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.

2.At the time of final hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent brought to the attention of this Court, a letter written by the petitioner on 31.8.2005, stating that he has been given the benefit of regularisation and pay fixation therefore, the original application can be dismissed as infructuous. In view of the letter, which has been brought to the attention of this Court, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
