                          J U D G M E N T

In the matter of promotion, petitioner has filed Exhibit P7

before the Government. In case no orders have been passed on

Exhibit P7, there will be a direction to the first respondent to

consider Exhibit P7 with notice to the petitioner and affected

parties and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with

law within a period of four months from the date of production of

a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
