                                 J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a Lower Division Clerk, working in the Cochin

Corporation. By Ext.P2 order dated 4-10-2006, he has been

transferred to Mattannur Municipality. As per Ext.P3 order dated

5-10-2006, he has been relieved also. So, this writ petition was filed,

challenging Exts.P2 and P3. Pursuant to the interim order of this

Court, the petitioner is being presently retained in the Cochin

Corporation. Against the transfer order the petitioner has preferred

Ext.P4 representation, before the additional third respondent. The

petitioner prays, the said respondent may be directed to consider and

dispose of that representation.

2. I heard the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1

and 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the additional third

respondent, to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, in

accordance with law, within two moths from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be retained in the Cochin

Corporation for a further period of three months from today or till the

additional third respondent passes final orders on Ext.P4, whichever is

earlier, provided the petitioner produces a copy of this judgment

before the third respondent, within two weeks from today.
