ORDER
1. Issue notice. Mr.Yogesh Guptal, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent.
2. The prayer in this petition is to issue a direction to the respondents to resume signals pertaining to Gemini, Teja and Aditya channels to the petitioner. Learned Counsel who took notice on behalf of the respondent, submits that the respondent is willing to restore signals to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner enters into a subscription agreement.
3. Recording such statement, we direct the petitioner to enter into a subscription agreement within thirty days. The signals will be restored immediately to the petitioner.
4. This petition is disposed of with the above observations/directions.
