Heard
Shri S.S. Jadeja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri S.P.
Majmudar for applicants.
It
is submitted by Shri Jadeja that in the draft order submitted on
behalf of the applicants, the status of Shri Hemang Mehta, Company
Secretary, is shown to be ‘Secretary of the applicant-Company’; but
in reality, Shri Hemang Mehta is a practising Company Secretary and
he is a professional. As he has been working with applicant as
practising Company Secretary, an error is cropped up in the draft
order tendered in the Court. So a minor correction is required to be
made treating the said mistake as an error.
Having
considered the totality, the say of Shri Jadeja is accepted and it
is hereby ordered that the words Shri Hemang Mehta, Company
Secretary of the applicant company be substituted as Shri
Hemang Mehta, Practising Company Secretary .
The
Registry, if need be, shall issue a fresh writ after making
necessary correction in the original order accordingly.
