This writ petition has been filed relating to appointment for the
post of Shiksha Mitra of the year 2006. Admittedly, the
appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra is only for a period of
one year, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the
present writ petiton. It is however, open to the petitioner to appear
in the selection, if any on the basis of advertisement issued by the
respodnents for the post of Shiksha Mitra.

The writ petition is hereby dismissed.

No order is passed as to costs.
