63. 16.11.2010 It appears that by terms of order dated 18.8.2004

the appellants were directed to take steps for fresh service of

show cause notice as well as appeal-notice on the heirs of

deceased respondent No. 40 and substituted heirs of

deceased respondent Nos. 20, 22, 25 and 38 under

registered covered with AD in their present and correct

address but the same has not been complied still today. Six

years have been passed.

Considering the above facts, the appellants are

directed to comply with the above order as pointed out by

office note date 15.11.2010 within two weeks, failing which

the appeal shall stand dismissed as against the concerned

respondents.
