submits that above named petitioner no.4 has

been arrested by the Police and petitioner no.5

has surrendered, as such, he wants to withdraw

this application as against petitioner nos.4 and

5.

Accordingly, this application is

permitted to be withdrawn as having infructous

as against petitioner nos.4 and 5.

Earlier also petitioner no.3 has been

arrested which is clear from the order dated

5.1.2011.

For petitioners 1 and 2, put up this

case for admission.
