to press this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Learned

counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent nos.1 to 4/ Bihar State

Electricity Board submits that during the pendency of the present

writ petition, all the grievances of the petitioner have already been

redressed. It was further submitted that the same fact has been

mentioned in the counter affidavit, which was filed on behalf of

Respondents on 24th January, 2011.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-

prosecution.
