3. 15.4.2011 The order dated 7.4.2011 appears passed in respect

of all the appellants. However, the name of appellant no. 4

Tripurari Singh appears not appearing in the title head of that

order. Let his name, i.e., Tripurati Singh be read alongside the

names of three appellants whose names are already appearing in

the cause title of the order dated 7.4.2011.

The above noted order is corrected accordingly.

Let this order be communicated to the court

concerned noted in the order dated 7.4.2011 in the case

appearing therein.
