The
order dated 7-12-2009 passed by this Court for producing the convict
before us on 9-3-2010 is not complied with as the office has wrongly
sent the writ of the order dated 7-12-2009 to the District Jail,
Junagadh instead of Central Jail, Vadodara. Therefore, it is
directed that the convict be brought before us on 18th
March, 2010.
