7. 1.9.2010 In the cause title of order no.6 dated 18.8.2010, Cr. Misc. no.6937 of
2010 and petitioner Balmukund Mishra has been wrongly typed and are deleted.
Accordingly, the aforesaid order may be read without Cr. Misc. no.6937 of 2010
and petitioner Balmukund Mishra. In the fifth line of the last paragraph of the
aforesaid order after Cr. Misc. no.11604 of 2010, Cr. Misc. no.9654 of 2010 and
Cr.Misc. no.14807 of 2010 have been left out and are also added.
Accordingly, the order no.6 dated 18.8.2010 is modified to the above
extent.
Let Cr. Misc. no.6937 of 2010 be placed for admission.
Let this order as well as the order dated 18.8.2010 be communicated
to the court below through fax.
