ORDER

This
application is filed praying for restoration of the main matter being
Special Civil Application (ST) No. 7963 of 2005.

As
a result of hearing and perusal of records, it is borne out that the
order of dismissal of the main petition is dated 21.11.2005. The
present application was filed on 20.12.2005. It is therefore evident
that this application has not been moved for the last more than two
years. Moreover, it also appears that the applicant has not
co-operated with the learned advocate for the applicant. On this
ground only, this Court is not inclined to accept this application.

Accordingly
this application is rejected.
