It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that this case
may be sent to Mediation Centre for the purpose of settlement between
the parties.
Issue notice to O.P. No.2 returnable within a period of four weeks. This
case shall be sent to Mediation Centre for further proceedings.
After proceedings of the Mediation Centre, list this case before this Court
on 31.3.2010.Till then no coercive step shall be taken against the
applicants in Case No. 90 of 2009 under sections
147,427,323,504,452,380 I.P.C. P.S. Chakia district Chandauli pending
in the court of Judicial Magistrate Chakia district Chandauli
