petitioners and learned Counsel for the
State.
The petitioners are accused of the
case which has been registered under Sections
20/22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Garib Kumar @ Sunil Kr. Kushwaha
was apprehended along with 5 Kgs. of Ganja
and on his disclosure the name of petitioner
no.2 has come.
Submission is that the petitioners
are men of fair antecedent and the recovery
of seized article is not of commercial
quantity.
Considering the facts and
circumstances of the case, the above named
petitioners are directed to be released on
bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
like amount each to the satisfaction of the
learned Sessions Judge/court concerned,
Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with
N.D.P.S. Casae No. 48 of 2011 arising out of
Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 68 of 2011.
