Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Respondent issued show cause notice dated 23.04.2010, by which the
petitioner has been directed to show cause that he is not a adopted son of one
Manohar Lal, who died on 03.12.2005. Petitioner has been directed to submit
a reply to the show cause submitting the proof regarding the valid adoption.
In my opinion, the writ petiton is not maintainable in view of the fact that
only a show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner and petitioner has
been directed to submit the reply on the basis of show cause. Petitioner can
submit a reply, if any order is passed either in favour of the petitioner or
against. The petitioner can approach the Court, if he is aggrieved.
The writ petition is dismissed.
No order as to costs.
