We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel
appearing for respondents.

The petitioner’s fair price shop agreement/license has been suspended by
order dated 7.6.2010, passed by respondent no.3 to which the petitioner has
submitted a reply. A copy of the reply dated 14.6.2010 has been filed as
annexure-5 to the writ petition.

This petition is finally disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to take
a final decision in the matter of the petitioner after considering the reply given
by the petitioner within period of three weeks from the date a certified copy
of this order is produced before respondent no.3.
