The petitioner, who claims himself to be the Manager of the Bal
Kalyan Samiti, Gursahaiganj, Kannauj has filed this petition for a
direction upon the respondents not to create any hindrance in the
functioning of the petitioner-Committee of Management.

This petition has not been filed by the Society but filed by Gauri
Shanker Verma claiming himself to be the Manager of Bal Kalyan
Samiti. This apart, no order has been passed against the petitioner.
The petition is pre-mature and deserves to be dismissed.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
