is nothing to show that the direction of this Court issued
in the writ application has been complied till now.
The District Education Officer prays for two
weeks’ time in order to show the compliance of the
direction of this Court.
Put up this matter on 9th February, 2011,
retaining its position.
On that date, the District Education Officer,
Samastipur will again appear before this Court with his
supplementary show cause showing full compliance of
the direction of this Court.
