The petitioner’s claim has been rejected on the ground that he does possess the
qualification of Graduation, whereas through the application the petitioner has
brought on record the certificate of Graduation, therefore, I hereby call upon
the learned Standing Counsel to verify the same and place the correct position
before this court on the next date.

List on 10th of August, 2010.

On that date the opposite party No.3 shall appear before this court.
